For Hajj pre-registration/registration Media Travels will follow Government’s refund policy. Cancellation fee and a Standard service charge may apply.
For Hajj and Umrah Package no refund will be given once the activity starts
For flight tickets Media Travels will follow airline’s cancellation and re-issue policy. To cancel/ re-issue, travelers are advised to confirm Media Travels 48 hours prior to the travel date. Otherwise, no-show charge might be applicable depending on the airline’s rule.
Cancellation fee is shared by the Airlines and may get changed at any time.
For hotel booking Media Travels will follow property’s cancellation policy. Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Customer needs to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date. Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
For Visa processing no refund will be given once the activity starts.
Booked tour packages are non refundable non changeable. If change is permitted you are required to pay the price difference for new dates.
No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
Convenience fee is charged by the service provider & it is non-refundable.
Cancellation fee and a Standard service charge may apply in case of any change which will depend on the nature of the cancel request.
Refund will get initiated after a successful cancellation and it may take at least minimum of 7 to 45 days to process the refund.
